OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I ordered two Iron Fleur De Lis Flag Pole Holders but received two Star Flag Pole Holders. I decided to keep them, but made a "courtesy call" to make them aware of the error. Nick took ownership of the error and sent me the correct items by priority mail at no cost to me, although I told him it was not necessary, as I was pleased with what I received. Laredo Import Co. insisted on sending me the correct flag holders, and told me to keep the star flag holders for the inconvenience. Thank You Laredo Import Co. for a job well done! Beware of this company, they are a fraud, by the time they have your money they no longer answer you and there is no way to communicate with them.Thanks to the internet I was able to get their address and another phone number that they do not publish and only then was I able to recover my purchases a month and a half late. After 2 years and thousands of dollars spent with this vendor, we had issues with quality and size of glassware. We were then promised some small shipments of free glasses to make up for it and test the size and quality. We were then promptly ghosted and Nick Jacaman stopped replying to emails. He had promised a shipment within two weeks, its been months with no word. Poor way to run a business. Ready to spend a couple thousand dollars on more product but it seems the vendor simply doesn't want the business.
