Our salesperson, George, greeted us at store entrance,led us to requested items, and maintained a respectful distance while we carefully selected furniture. We appreciated that as it can be irritating to have someone "breathing down" while choices are being made. The purchase process was prompt. Overall, the experience was excellent.

I walked in and was immediately approached by Mr. Leo, I told him what I wanted and he showed me several items on different floors. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I ended up buying the first piece he showed me. The cashier was kind and friendly, too.

I went to Lacks furniture and bought a couple things they have a huge selection I got great service and they have good prices I will be shopping there again I would recommend them to anyone it's a great place to shop

I had an issue with my refrigerator, when it broke down after only two years of use. The service department in Pharr, Texas. Kept giving me trouble, so Mr. Sanchez, Mr. Peterson, Mr. Baiz, Tony and Jason worked hard to solve my issue. I’m a fully stratified customer and I will counting buying from them. These people at the Laredo store are so reliable and are willing to help out. Mr. Sanchez even gave me a loaner fridge while mine was serviced. Thank you Laredo Lacks.

I don’t like the model they have here if your just looking it’s borderline harassment but if your in the market; it’s good customer service I suppose. Furniture I’ve purchased is of high quality prices are a bit higher then their competitors. Will continue to shop here.
