Excellent service from the employees, excellent snacks at happy hour

We arrived late in the evening, tired and ready to go to bed. George, the night time desk host took care of of us in a pinch. He is one of the best employees I have experienced in customer service. The hotel is truly 4 diamonds. I recommend this historic and grand hotel on the Us/Mexico boarder.
