Knockout Power has been an amazing experience! I always get an awesome workout and the instructor is super nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about kickboxing. Every session is always a full body workout and trust me, you will sweat!

This place is an awful "gym". There are no mats on the floor. The owner/instructor is a joke. There is no technique being taught. Dude couldn't punch his way out of a paper bag if his life depended on it.

Adriana gives awesome workouts!...she shows you how to do them,walks by and corrects your form..she pushes you..wont let you slack..i love that..i needed that kind of push....she is a great instructor and I love her upbeat attitude..definately recommend it here.

I joined This gym about 3 months ago and this morning I took a PT (physical Training) Test which includes sit ups, push ups, and a 2 mile run. I passed it with flying colors! I got the best score I've gotten in the past 4 years!! Now I'm up for promotion and have a good chance of going to sergeant school and I just wanted to say thank you!! Pepito, his class and all of the trainers are all so amazing! And I just wanted to share this good news, this was the main reason I joined the class and it really paid off!! :)
