I am so very happy with my hair. Leticia make me feel so comfortable. So easy to talk to.She explained everything she was doing gave me different options and explained what would be best for me and why. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my hair!!!! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Very very sweet lady I will definitely be going back there. She is my "hair" lady now!!!!!!YOU DEFINITELY WANNA TRY HER OUT!!!!

Had me waiting outside for the lady to unlock the door, when it’s 7:18 pm and one person in the lobby, just for her to tell me the lobby was closed but the other lady didn’t show up to shift. clearly the time online says 8pm. So one mans cut takes 45 minutes? She couldn’t open the door to tell me that ? Instead made me wait 15 minutes for her to finish the current clients cut. How is staffing issues my problem? So she can close the lobby 45 mins even tho it says 8pm. Okayyyyyyy. Well here’s my review.

Emily did very well. I was very pleased with my cut as I'm very picky and particular about my style. Even in the midst of a little rush of people, she poised and controlled. Very attentive and got the job done quick. Will most likely book her again
