Limited selection …overpriced consignment styles ….most disappointing part was the older lady that followed me around the store and even had the nerve to watch me get in my vehicle….how sad but honestly not surprising...hopefully they get a better selection and a more professional staff that is nice to EVERYONE….I will definitely continue to make the drive to San Antonio and San Marcos….better selection, prices and most of all better customer service

It being Joe Brand, I expected a good experience. The return policy was never made clear from the start. I was told that they would return no problem since it was a gift. They made up excuses about cologne being touched and that they couldn’t take it back. It’s a 500 dollar purchase I made as a gift to my husband and he wasn’t allowed to look at it? He never sprayed it or anything, he smelled the sample and they made it seem like I was lying. The whole thing was ridiculous. It could have been handled better. They basically said that the cologne was damaged because it was in the car too long and refused a return, instead I ended up with credit to a store I never want to go back to. Customer service means everything to me and I’m very unhappy with my experience. Please do better.
