Went in to make a purchase. Sales associate was helping me out but abruptly left me alone to tend to others even though there were two other employees working that were not doing anything. Needless to say I left and spent my money somewhere else.

FYI it is now 5$ to add or change charms on a charm bracelet (free to add charm day of purchase) but all others brought in to add 5 BUCKS A POP! Like if James Avery isn’t expensive enough! I mean for one…there aren’t ever even any deals specials or coupons and now they’re charging to add charms or change locations, this really struck a nerve and not to mention when us as customers buy “ear hook” earrings ( they don’t come with backs) I would ask for these microscopic little pieces of clear plastic to secure my earrings so I don’t lose them as I’m wearing them, guess what?? They’re CHARGING for those too!!! How much could you possibly charge for these microscopic pieces of plastic?? I was so appalled I didn’t even ask!!
