Worst bank customer experience ever!!! The young ladies inside take FOREVER to simply cash a check. I was waiting in the drive thru line 20 minutes just to deposit a check, they asked me 2 times what I wanted to do with the check and ended up sending the cash. They don't pay attention and simply leave unattended the lines. Also, one time I was waiting in the line before 6PM, when it was the turn of the person in front of me, they just told him the bank was closed, and were rude to not even apologize for making us waiting! I wish their supervisor got to see all of the bad reviews they have so attention was put to their bad customer service

Have used Bank of America, Chase and other local banks but IBC by far the best.

If I could rate it lower, I would. Can someone inform IBC that there is a PANDEMIC. They are not properly followibg CDC protocol and protecting there employees and customers. There are no plexiglass screens, no good signage. They have duct tape on floor. Employees are next to. each other, not social distance. . You would think a bank $$$$$ would invest on these IMPORTANT safety measures. Hey, IBC.,CHECK out bank of America, their doing it right!!-

This bank can never get it together. It honestly seems like they see you but decide to forget you're in the drive thru. The whole point of the drive thru is to get out faster. It irrates me beyond reason when I'm literally the only vehicle and I'm waiting for 25-40 minutes for just change. There's no one else around.

Jorge, a teller at this location, doesn't seem to think customer service is part of his job. I asked him a simple question and he argued with me throughout the whole transaction. Might want to have a little training session with him.

Worst bank ever, if you have EFS CHECKS, the tellers and supervisors have no clue how to get the store code correct. therefore I have no cash in my account and is taking 3 months to get my cash back... still waitino for my cash, and SAMANTHA ONLY KNOWS THAT CORPORATE TELL HER , aka low experience...
