after many years in this Bank, they are real good stealing money from your connected accounts, it is real it happens to me, not the big quantity but $719.89 is enough to do this review, I closed a commercial account on September 2022 (having in hand the documents signed that this account was closed) almost 4 months later I just realized that they do not close it!!! no notifications, no account alerts they just charge to me “lots of $35 fees”and another unauthorized payments in “a closed account” then they just stealing from my personal account and the lady in charge was not available to solve this issue..she just tell me she needs to do an exhaustive investigation then she probably can help me to refund some percentage of the amount they just take as “ force payment” from my personal account…..it’s incredible to me…Just can’t believe this is real and happens to me.

I've been baking with IBC for 10 years now and would always recommend them to family and friends, however, over the last few years, I noticed how unprofessional the particular one I bank at is (Hebbronville). I would hear conversations between the tellers gossiping about customers and their money, cussing and using unprofessional language. Over the weekend, my card locked due to making large purchases. I spoke to fraud prevention and was told the problem was resolved except my card was still not accessible. I was advised to go to my local IBC to take care it. I went and the only employee who could help wasn't there. I tried calling 3 hours later and was told that individual was busy. I left a message and asked if she could return my call. The teller didn't ask for my name or number and hung up. I never heard back. I called again the next morning and was told again, the individual who could help me was "too busy helping another customer". I asked to leave a message again and the teller quickly attempted to hang up. I asked if she had my name and number and she said she didn't and asked for it. Seriously? So I gave it to her and the teller said she would leave the message to this person. Again never heard. Really annoyed with this situation as I haven't been able to use my card since Friday and we are now Tuesday evening. I may be switching banks after this experience.

FixMyCredit (David) was such a pleasure to work with. He was professional with a friendly warm attitude. He worked on my credit report for 2 weeks and asked me to go online again to check the current situation of my profile. Surprisingly I checked and he has boosted my score to a high 803 with beautiful lines of credit. No question was too small. He kept us updated at all times. The process was smooth and stressless. Never do a wire transfer with these criminals. They will steal your money and never return it. I know. They stole 9,800 from me and another person and NEVER returned it. They all belong in prison for theft, fraud and racketeering. Just scum of the earth.

Ok I have had my account for two years with IBC bank . With the pandemic life got just a bit harder so me and my husband lost jobs so our account got sent to collections. My husband qualified for unemployment and his direct deposit was to this account . They accepted the first payment and applied it to my account . (Mind you I have never added my husband to my account but checks were accepted ) The second unemployment check was denied and sent back because he was not on my account. So we are a struggling family with a lot of bills. If they take one but not the other. The collections portion was not clear that I wanted to pay off my debt and reopen a new account . But instead they were rude and just disrespectful towards me like if I did something wrong for calling them and bothering them. I hope IBC bank can get a handle on their employees to make it a better experience. Oh and now I cannot open another account with IBC bank because I was asking of their policies and questioning their actions. I also requested the first unemployment deposit be returned “since it was in my husbands name”.

They never answer the phone! And if they do they send you to IBC Voice. Horrible service, definitely changing banks.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible, and rarely can you get someone who can actually "help" you. They dig their hands in your account and move money around, without you knowing, in order to charge fees. Then they try to justify their actions with excuses that are invalid, meanwhile, you get so confused that you just throw your hands up because you are so fed up with them. DO NOT BANK HERE! Nothing but a headache and lost money.

Stay away from their Mortgage team. The loan officer that I worked with was horrible. They lack communication and have the worst customer service ever. I am a first time home buyer and I had the most horrific experience with their mortgage team. I had to constantly call my loan officer for an update. Most of the time I could not get a hold of my loan officer and I literally had to reach out to the loan processor to have my loan officer call me. Keep in mind that my loan officer took a vacation during the 3rd extension on the closing. I finally had enough and changed to a different mortgage company. I called the branch manager and complained about my horrible experience. She told me that there is only one loan officer working in their mortgage department and they needed to hire more people. This is not my issue because I am a customer and I shouldn't have to be the one reaching out for status updates on my mortgage loan. Good job Toby T***** from the * **** *** ****** ** * location for your lack of communication and poor customer service will lose a lot of businesses. I will never recommend anyone to do business with them. I work in a heavy foot traffic location and I will let my clients know to stay away from IBC. You bet word of mouth travels fast. Thumbs down.

Tahiris was my teller poor service and bad listener when I told her I wanted to cash and deposit some checks she was going to deposit them for next business day and I asked her why not today and she asked me weirdly if I wanted to cash and deposit when that's the first thing I said

If it wasn’t possible to give -stars this branch would have -5 stars for stealing money from the elderly. My mother went to make a deposit for me at this branch and had never had an issue before until last week because my account was closed and she left the money with the teller they did not stop her to give her the money before she left but at least they admit to having it. But now they are making excuses about not being able to get to it!!! Worse treatment ever not even attempting to try and make arrangements for her to come pick it up when it’s convenient to them. They just keep giving excuses about not have a key for 4 days, Thank God my account is closed. This is the worse type of service any bank can give and at this point it sounds more like thievery on their part.

After 20 years I am cancelling my service. Why? Ask Matt Boutin, branch manager at IBC bank in Midwest City. You might get into a shouting match in middle of bank, you might be humiliated, but matter what ... don't expect an apology.
