I took my dad to the IBC, and there was big line. The bank doesn't have a handicap line. Handicap people and elderly have to wait in the regular line. Its tire for them to wait long. I see that the bank dont care at all. But yes they want our business. I think that the bank should do something about having a handicap line. What do you all think?
