Booked an appointment, showed up and the appointment took 1 hour and 20 minutes from beginning to end. Nothing changed, everything was the same exact thing as last year, nothing major or complicated.
Mr James Newton, seems like a nice guy but should definitely not be working there anymore. He could not read the computer screen nor our papers, he was reading numbers backwards and incorrect. He seemed nice but kept on rambling about other stuff instead of our taxes, when we told him time was of essence, we had two toddlers with us. He didn't really explain our return, he seemed confused and it was just a whole mess. Wouldn't be shocked if our taxes were incorrect this year, but we shall see. Would definitely not come back to the same employee.
