Upon arrival at this business I asked if they would cut the hair to my disabled wife, and I was told "not a problem" I made them aware that she was on a wheelchair once more they replied that it will be a pleasure to do it, I was instructed to write her name on their log sheet.
It was the first time I used this facility. Mrs. Rosy was very professional and made my wife happy, looking forward to come back.

Horrible experience ever. Not only did they cut my long hair too really short and not cut it as I requested, but they also shaved it. (I had like a shaggy hairstyle but a little longer) They charged me 30 dollars, which according to them their cash machine didn't "read" my card at first and then they charged me another 30 (that is, 60) and even asked for a tip after they gave me a very bad cut and left me almost bald.
