Heb is good but. Now a days it needs alot of improvement. I worked for HEB many years ago when courtesy was #1 priority, now they dont even acknoledge you at all only if you ask for something and they dont bother showing like we use too they just point you in the dirrection of an item...lol this is for all Heb's not just one..specially if they are on theyre phone you have to wait for them to finish and no not work related.. i think HEB has just gotten too confident like every other store, this was what seperated HEB from all store.....and dress code was very proffessional

Train your people better. Cash back limit is only $50. So I decided to pay separately. The cashier decided to stand behind me to take away my items and then she realized I wasn't a thief. Train them better. I have worked with law enforcement. Theft is when they walk out not while they're is the store. I could technically file charges of harassment for that. This is America not some Socialist country. Based on that interaction I will not return to this store. I am a combat veteran. Not t a thief. I don't like how HEB's have been treating customers lately.
