Today June 4..11am..I went with my mom to buy groceries,when we were getting out from the store my mom started feeling dizzy..I want to give my thanks to one of HEB employee his name is Jesse(he was in front wearing a gray shirt) that help me with my mom that she was very dizzy she couldn't stand,he carry her to my truck ..From Perez fam. We want to thank you for your help and kindness for our mom.. ?God Bless you n ur fam.

I took my own bags and requested not to get any plastic bags.... sacker wasted space in my bags and I ended up with 9 plastic bags I did not want... I felt ignored and disrespect towards the environment.

The store is good, it has parking, only the staff lacks judgment to handle certain situations, which in other HEB branches are not a problem in this Guadalupe branch, they are more closed-minded.

This store has a big selection but, there are always long lines. If you have to get more than 15 items prepare to be in line 30-75 minutes.
