I've enjoyed going in there when I visit Laredo but when I went 2 or 3 weeks ago I experienced nasty attitude from service desk lady with blonde hair Hispanic if she doesn't want to work or have problems at home stay home don't bring ur attitude to work leave problems at home

I'm very disappointed at curbside, I truly dislike having to go back to the app to see if I can get a refund for missing or bad products. I feel like any other app keeps track of everything, and they will see me as the one who always returns or missing something. As it is, produce and goods aren't cheaper nowadays, especially on curbside. I am adding some photos of some produce from my yesterday's curbside. I didn't add a tomato photo since my reaction as soon as I grabbed them, where all squishy was to toss them away. Next, you can appreciate and see the rotten apples. Last, I ordered a regular type of watermelon and got another kind, a delicious yellow one. You can probably think, well, that's a better one, but it is difficult to make a child with autism generalize the concept and give it try. I had a no substitution option for a reason.
The main point I am giving a review is to give positive constructive feedback. Please step up your curbside.

I love shopping at HEB. It’s my go to for fresh produce. My issue with the HEB in my area is the early morning staff or should I say management.
I don’t understand why if the store opens at 6am, there are no registers open. Why is the customer expected to scan their own groceries. There are plenty of employees around and usually just talking amongst themselves.
It’s also very frustrating to ask for assistance in the self checkout and get attitude from the staff members.
This has become a recurring issue, so much so that I sometimes make the drive across town to the HEB on I35 for better service.

Products clean and very organized
On shelves . Some items a little high
For short people.
Also might have to open more cashier's
During rush hour. Sometimes lines pretty
Long . Waiting in line might discourage
Customers. But overall very satisfied. My
