After paying for my pendant 2 weeks later eduardo calls and asks if he can add more weight to my pendant we agreed on a certain number and when I went to pick it up his wife told me that I had pay a lot more than what eduardo the "CEO" and I had agreed on due to the jeweler charging them more which is something that should had come out of their pockets they have been taking advantage of the citizens of laredo for far too long .....shame on them .they don't have the maturity to be in the gold business. Thieves .

If I could give them zeros stars I would.So IHad bought a chain with them. The receipt has a certain length and weight. soWhen i went to pick it up they were charging me more than what the actual receipt said. The excuse was that chains are hand made and not all come out the exact same way. So mine weighted more than was it supposed to. THEY ARE JUST A SCAM ALLOVER!!PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!

Don't bother SPENDING your MONEY here..(YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED)I would give no stars but unfortunately it doesn't let me.. They will ask you nicely to clean your jewelry and once they take it to that back to "clean" they actually melt some gold off of your jewelry piece and STEAL from you. The owners are full of themselves and act nice but they're are actually two faced. I have also noticed that they are giving themselves five star reviews so please be careful of their scams.

I took my daugthers bracelet to add gold they charged me $700 dollars for 12 grams and only put 8 grams of gold and to get my sons bracelet to get clean and they took off 1.5 grams of gold probably to put it on my daugthers bracelet stay away from here they give u layaway and call u 1 month before to tell u your gonna lose your stuff if u dont pick it up before stay away
