I used this towing service to get my car to a shop ,and they convinced me to take it to there shop instead. Big mistake they left my car in a worst condition, had to pay for them to check it even though I already knew the problem. Then they told me it was best if I took it to the people I was originally going to take it to .Oh but on the plus side they gave me a discount for them to tow it to the other place. Never again!

Had a lockout at a property I was delivering too. An old man left his truck running and everything in his truck, even the dog. Well the dog learned to lock the door but not unlock it. Called Freddy's after 3 attempts with other company's I the area. Less than an hour came and unlocked the truck.

I called 2 other companies before calling Freddy's (one of whom was so rude and gave me the excuse that they couldn't help me with a tow because they have a flatbed and where my car was located was going to make it difficult). Freddy's, who ALSO used flatbeds, didn't even hesitate. They worked with me and helped me get out of a horrible situation. Thank you so much!!!

I was paying road side assistance with a very well known auto insurance, when my car’s alternator gave up on me after picking up my kids from school and being stranded in the middle of a busy road the insurance told me to find myself a tow company that can help me and call them back, because of this other tow places told me I had to wait my turn and that it could takr me up to 3-4 hours, and if I paid out of pocket I’d still had to wait my turn and it’d take an hour or more. I called Freddys and right away in about 15 minutes they were there helping me, took my car home and even gave us a ride. I really appreciate it, it was a very busy hour on a very busy road with temperatures above 100, with my 3 kids, Thank you.
