I me myself investigated of all the banks in Laredo Texas when closing accounts they do give received and confirmation numbers but not IBC First Bank and I recommend you ALL to write down the name of the person you spoke to and write the date when closing your account because this Bank don't give out confirmation number or receive when closing accounts and last months ago me and my sister we have close a joint account and it's was still active gentleman my sister talk to he denied talking to my sister knowing that he did his mistake and acted like it wasn't him and we talked to manager why that we have to pay $23.00 with the account supposed to be closed since last months ago this is ridiculous what this Bank do to people ,me and my sister we are very disappointed how thisBank handle our accounts

Horrible customer service! Melissa (supervisor) is rude and unprofessional and they never pick up the phone. I witnessed this as I called while I was there in person, Melissa looked at the caller ID and ignored the phone call right in front of my face. Stay far away from this bank! 6/24/22 10:45 am

Worst of the worstHorrible customer serviceIncluding the so called manager. Definitely moving to another bank . No wonder their always chasing customers at HEB to bank with them Cause they probably don't have sufficient customers. Now I know why.?

Horrible service with the closing employees. Talking it up while I wait. I waited almost 10 minutes to be serviced to be told that they were closed. Horrible. I’m changing banks. Horrible service
