Last year our Pathfinder overheated because they failed to replace the coolant when they suggested a Coolant Service during an oil change.
Now 24 hrs after an oil change ALL the oil is leaking out.
Nissan Consumer Affairs is no help. They will only connect me with the dealership but do not guarantee that anyone will answer and won't guarantee that I will be reimbursed if I take the car to another mechanic to fix what they did!

Alex Mejia, the Asst Svc Mgr stepped up and handled the whole situation. I'm still not satisfied with the company as a whole, but he did step up.
This rating went from one star to four because of him.

Worst experience ever!! Not even a month with my car and already having problems with it ..even had my battery holding on to with a penny.it’s been checked twice apparently nothing wrong ..I was left stranded on my way to San Antonio reached out to my sales man Ray Ochoa and he didn’t even have the courtesy to text or call back and try to help me out!!

With all these suspiciously good reviews, I wonder how I was so thoroughly screwed over at this dealership. I should have been wary, when the sales rep refused to cooperate in transferring the vehicle I was intending to buy to another Sames dealership closer to my home. However, I was in urgent need of another vehicle, and due to employment and transportation constraints, I felt I had no other option but to trust them with my purchase. BIG MISTAKE. From the moment I sat down to discuss pricing and terms, customer service was basic. Nothing positively noteworthy. I reviewed the docs, and signed off. Then I’m transferred to Peter Martinez, the financing manager. The man spoke a mile a minute and rattled-off auto sales financing jargon as if we were at an auction. I explained my situation and let him know that the price on the warranty he recommended is a little high for my budget once the other fees, vehicle price, and GAP insurance costs are factored in. He claimed that he’d “help me out” and supposedly would give me a better price on the warranty. He gave me a short time-frame to think it over, and said the pricing he offered would still stand. I came in within that time frame to sign off, but I guess I caught him on a bad day ‘cause he was staring me down and treating me like I was about to demand child support from him. Exasperatedly, he began demanding for a co-signers name to bring up my file. I was obviously confused since I did not use a co-signer, and realized this man was just making inept assumptions. Later, when I call in to ask about details on my contract, I’m told that the deal Peter made with me in person was not honored. Peter had charged me up on the system as he saw fit, and lied that he would provide me with copies of my contract later.
Since then, there has been no resolution with Nissan in regards to this issue, even though I called in multiple times and explained what happened. Because of their unethical business practices and lack of transparency, I worked hard to quickly trade-in the used Nissan I acquired with them for a new, sleeker looking vehicle (without the Nissan branding) at a dealership that I can fully trust. God forbid I continue to promote this Nissan business while driving around town. I’ve made sure to share this experience with my friends, colleagues, and customers, so that they won’t repeat my mistake of purchasing at this dealership which keeps unscrupulous individuals pampered and employed.
The one star I'm forced to give is just for the clean restrooms.

It was great! Patty (I think that is her name) provided GREAT customer service. She was very detailed in the process of the service on my car. The man who provided home ride was very friendly and pleasant to ride with.

I own a nissan maxima by the year 3 the roof started peeling off turning white , my car is black . Now the roof it's super roasty and my sun roof leak bad . Call they could not help me at that time . Trash company
