I Think SAMES LAREDO doesn't know about customer service, they have never provided a training for their employees or anyone in the establishment. I had an appointment at 8:00am, you are not able to walk and ask for assistance someone is "assigned" to you, i got to his office 7.55 and he's busy, there's someone already at his office and finally when he's available, he ask the guy who was there already, at what time is your appointment? he says 8:15 and they leave the office and start checking his vehicule, i mean.... what's the purpose of the appointment? is it maybe better first come first serve? ASK and you sir. at what time is your appointment? NO, they didn't, then i waited patiently and by the time he gets back to me, 8:20, leave my keys, the shuttle just left and guess what? Now i'm running late for work, i had to request and pay for an UBER and being late at work. Now the pick up.... Another nightmare i got to the SAME office of my "Assign" Agent, he's not there, everyone passing by, i guess he was out to lunch, but no one knows? no one acknowledge you have a customer waiting? i called to Mr. Gallardo he wasn't available neither and they finally told me, Oh! you just go to the cashier.... so im done, no one will tell me anything about my truck, we are done with you, pay and leave. OK! i go.... and there are extra charges... number 1.. what's the 3dllr fee for shuttle? isn't included? none of the other dealerships charge for that. I had a coupon for SAMES LAREDO where it says OIL change for X Amount and free tire rotation... guess what? i was being charge 30 dlls for the rotation, the lady couldn't explain or whatsoever. So Drop off 30min, Pick up 30min. If i would had an amazing customer services guess what? time doesn't matter, but i felt worthless, i will take my business somewhere else, im done because all you get is this survey, Mr. Gallardo didn't call to see what i needed, the "Assign" agent didn't call, why bother?

My truck has been in service for the past month. Every time I call no answer if I go by they tell me the same thing give us time. They only have two mechanics to work on transmissions and like 100 vehicles if I would have known this, I would have taken it to San Antonio, probably would had my truck by now. Mr. Hank Sames please look into the service department and your Mechanic staff.

Review is in regards to the service department. Everything the other reviews stated is true. You get completely ignored as if it’s not literally their job to help you. I also bought a warranty with my vehicle. I owned the vehicle for three weeks only to find an EVAP failure. Took it in and they said the warranty didn’t apply until 80 days after purchasing the vehicle.

Never get an extended warranty on your car purchases because they fail and the service people don't answer you. They ignore the calls and messages. They don't tell you what the car has. I've already been waiting for 1 week and they only tell me that they are checking it and that they don't know. I understand that it is not the only car but that is what the guarantee is for so that they can give you the rental service in which they solve the problem and not even that they can help and check very carefully which seller you make the deal with, look for one that can help you When no one answers them, they are lost to find out what is happening with the car.

This review is in regards to the service department.
I understand these individuals get bombarded with work but a nice good morning when a customer walks in the door or to be acknowledged and not have to wait for them to be done with whatever it is they're working on would be great. It has happened on multiple occasions, not just once. Sometimes the vehicle has been out and ready and I don't receive any communication as to it being ready. This place needs to work on communication and customer service. We pay good money here to keep our vehicle up to date with maintenance to be treated as an inconvenience.

No ones answers calls here. Poor customer service. Called the main dealership and the service department and its like no one cares.
