This is the first review I have ever left but the employee at this EZ pawn angered me so much I felt I needed to warn others. So I walked into the EZ pawn expecting to get some dvds when I noticed a Soprano boxset right where the 5 for 4 dvds were without a price on them like the rest of the dvds in said place. I expected the Soprano dvds to be the same price since there was no price or indication they would be any different than the dvds; that's when the 400 lb. employee stated they were box sets and were a different price when I asked him the price he had no answer and refused to sell them at the price stated even though all of there box set dvds were labeled and had prices. They have a section for box sets where they are all labeled and priced, why were these not? The store practices false advertising and half of their items don't work or work for the 24 hour limit so you can't return them. While I was in there I tried turning on two record players( that the employee assured me would work) neither worked and the employee insisted that they would even after I showed him. I would never go to this EZ Pawn again and the 400 lb. employee with a buzzed head and fake jewelry is ignorant and rude, I wish I could give them a zero out of 5 stars. The other staff members are nice but the shaved head 400lb guy is just awful, buyers beware if you go to this EZ Pawn
