The worker here told me an item didn't work and gave me a discount price. As soon as he got it working he went back on his word not worth it honestly worst location in Laredo. You're better off buying something at Cash America or Ez Pawn at least they're honest about thier products.

Very rude, unprofessional, and unwell trained employees... only when they want a sale, they'll treat you with respect and somewhat professionalism. Whether you're pawning or buying you should be treated well. Never coming here again, REALLY ANNOYING employees!

The manager KIMBERLY is always very helpful and attentive to all my questions and requests, my family and I love going with her. The store is always clean and a worker is always ready to help as soon as you walk through the door.
