Worst experience ever.
Apparently, the only cashier for today, January 3, 2025 Name Irma Saenz Has a problem with Kids being kids I’ve never felt so disrespected Before I don’t know if it’s a store policy that kids cannot be getting items such as toys, colors, chips, etc. Only the parents can. The employees of Dollar tree Are to serve customer service and maintain a health environment within the store, not teach parents how to raise their kids. This lady went off on my kid for forgetting a candy bar While I was putting My items in the register to pay there’s ways of doing things but this is Unacceptable something needs to be done with this lady irma She has no customer service Knowledge I will be calling corporate.

Of all the local Dollar Tree stores this location has the poorest rating. Today I realized why. Their customer service is atrocious. Today some kids who appeared to be upper elementary to maybe middle school aged were trying to buy some birthday balloons. They had their money in hand and were ready to pay. An employee, not the cashier walks over and starts to interrogate them about where their parents are. The little girl responds that her mom is right outside. The employee proceeds to take the balloons from them tell them to get their mom because they can’t buy anything without an adult. I asked the employee if that was store policy to which she sternly replies that it was because “we’ve had trouble before”. The children walk out to get their mom and even left their money behind at the register. In speaking with the manger I was informed that the policy the employee stated to was in fact not a policy. These children were respectful paying customers and were treated unfairly. Do better Dollar Tree.

The biggest detail they have is that most of the time they only have one cashier, at least when they see that the line was long they should open two and if they see that it goes down then continue with one if they cannot have both open

The service is extremely bad. I only got to buy a soft drink, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes since there was only one elderly cashier, I don't criticize her but she is not as skilled as someone younger, there were 2 female employees in the front talking instead of opening another box since the line was 10 people very bad I have never had such a bad experience in the other stores

On April 22, 2024 I visited this Dollar Tree store and was so disappointed with how customers are treated at times. As you know I am in a wheelchair and have a caregiver most of the time. This individual does the shopping for me and at times, due to anxiety, I have to exit the store and go back in to pay. This time was a little different because instead of me exiting the store I decided to SEE!!! I saw very poor customer service and that is something I don’t take lightly. Some people might say there she goes again but sorry this is who I am. I had the manager get called up to the front and had a conversation with Jackie, store manager, in which I not only discussed a personal issue with the 1 cashier available but also told her that it was very inconsiderate on the store to have only 1 cashier open when they had about 5 employees out somewhere. Jackie immediately opened a second register and attended to her customers. In other words, Jackie started doing her job and attending to the store that she manages. I have empathy on Ms Jackie because she could have been having lunch for all I know but mam with all due respect management positions often come with that hidden duty. I was praised by a woman who says we come from Mexico and they won’t listen to us. I said don’t worry this will never happen again!!! Thank you!!!

Very bad costumer service from a cashier name Sammy. I’m sure I went a couple of weeks ago and bought something with my lone star yet she was so rude and told me they didn’t accept “THAT” I didn’t want to make it a big deal cause the line was long and it was just her charging. I was so polite and nice I understand some days I know we all have bad days. But for her to be so RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bad over you need to put her to the back!!!!

Most items are only 1.25 plus tax. And sometimes they only have the Bible for also 1.25 but they have a good selection of food for mostly 1.25. I guess the good news of Jesus Christ is true because this place even beats HEB prices. most things here are only 1.25 plus tax. they have a good selection of supermarkets
