My wife took a ring that we had originally purchased there to get repaired. A very small diamond had fallen out. We paid $100 for the repair. Weeks later the diamond fell off again. Amazingly they have no record of it now. They did when we first took it in. Luckily for us they will gladly 'fix' it if we pay for it again....gee thanks.

if you care about legitimacy, do NOT buy jewelry here. An associate here sold me some earrings with "real diamonds", come to find out they are not real diamonds at all. I also looked online and the earrings are priced more than $100 LESS than what i paid for them. I should have done more research and known what I was buying, but for such a reputable jeweler, they should be ashamed for scamming their customers.Edit: yes, while the receipt may be clear, these earrings were some of the first fine jewelry I ever purchased and I was TOLD by the associate that they were real diamonds. As I was naive, I took his word and purchased them.
