They are a scam ! They don’t like to accept GoodRx coupons they pretend to go put it in the computer and tell you that it doesn’t work . I went too another pharmacy and they took my GoodRx coupon like nothing and accepted the coupon . They are also rude and make you wait long .

Don’t waste your time.I went here 5 times before I was finally able to receive my son’s medication. They kept telling me that they had the it on hold or that it wasn’t ready. Even after they called and told me that they were ready.

absolute worst. prescription sent 3 days ago and not even ready yet.not the first time either.cvs really has to look into the mom and pops they bought in this area.they are giving them the worst reputation.

I wouldn't even rate with a one star , I swear this people are so rude and they take super long , I am so disappointed for been a very well known pharmacy I thought It would be a pleasant experience however it was the WORST. Staff are RUDE they don't even greet you or acknowledge you , I needed my medicine fast my son was very sick and they couldn't even help with a fast service . This location is the worst !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a text saying meds were ready Saturday, come in today one and one of my meds were missing. Told they'd be ready in 10, waited half an hour and asked pharmacist when they'd be good to to since they're taking so long. Says he doesn't know how long it'll take and can't give me a time lol. This place is garbage.

always lose the prescriptions, have an ugly attitude towards customers,couldn't pick up an order beacuse my id was expired, the manager was no help! And they take all the sweet a** time they want! Lame pharmacy Hahahaha

Every single time that one of my family members or I go something always goes wrong. Went in today during my lunch hour and one of the ladies (probably new or something) got my information so i can pick up my moms rx. asked for my mom DOB and name. she got our last name wrong even though i spelled it out for her and told her three times what it was the guy who was at the checkout next to her walked to the computer next to her where there was no one keep in mind she had written "everything down" and had walked away, she was no where in sight for like 2 minutes until this guy came even though he had a customer of his own he helped her out. he asked for my moms information and (after i had told her my last name 3 times) she still says "Ramirez" LIKE NOOOOOO. so i had to tell him myself the information for the 4th time. so he says i have to go to the drop off cause there's no rx in the system. as i walk to the drop off part of the store there's this lady who looks bored out of her mind. she was listening to another conversation some of her coworkers were having so she sighs like if she hated what they said. she ignored the fact that i was right in front of her. she later looks at me and asks what she could help me with. as I'm talking to her and telling her my situation she doesn't stop to listen or even pretend to listen she cuts me off and asks "DOB?" i answer and try to continue my story so she could understand what was happening and what i needed SOOO she decides to cut me off again and she says "Whats the name?" LIKE NO, STOP. Her face had no emotion, NOTHING. where are their manners? and/ or customer service? I like how it's next door to where I work, but the service and over all is a thumbs down. I'd rather drive 10 miles out of my way and go some where else where it's decent. Would not recommend to anyone. Overall maybe like 2 or 3 people who work there are decent enough. 1/3 are nice and decent. she actually smiles and has a conversation with the customers. sadly she wasn't there to attend me when i went. Would actually give this place 0 stars, but since I had to leave a review a 1 is the lowest.

Always getting medication wrong and phone service keeps texting after you let them know you don't want it. Employees are rude and no manners they want to talk to you in Spanish.

I waited like 25 minutes for a medicine that came in a tube already... I don't understand the long waiting.
