Horrible service, went in to buy two shampoos with my brothers cvs card and the front lady Adriana said I would be banned if I used another persons cvs card, the policies state that I can’t use a persons card without their permission so I called my brother to get off to prove there was nothing shady going on. She then started to look visibly annoyed by the situation she created when it was clearly not my first time using his cvs card and she knew it. Every time there is a problem with that lady and her attitude seems like she doesn’t want to do her job 90% of the time. Dealing with employees like her makes you never want to shop at cvs again. The restraints are also so dumb they say we can’t use the self checkout when using coupons then what’s the point of having them there? Last time I went I saw someone using it while doing various transactions using coupons. It’s very obvious they have favoritism with certain customers.

This CVS has the worst drive thru service. No matter how short or long the line is, you end up spending an hour waiting. Drive thrus are supposed to be fast and convenient. Not here.

I had a terrible experience at this store. Claudia, the lady at the register needs a boost in customer service. I’ve dealt with this lady twice and both experiences were terrible. This store has a limit of 2 transactions at the register if you are using coupons, including extra bucks, and you are not allowed to use self-check out. When I asked to speak to the store supervisor (Mario), he was not caring and also a bit insulting. He said he would only allow a 3rd transaction if I didn’t use coupons or extra bucks. He also went on to say that he was not keeping me from buying and that I did not have to use coupons.

went in to use two coupons on a tooth brush and toothpaste and Ms Claudia an older woman voided my coupons even though I saw the money deducted on the screen because she wanted me to add more and pay out of pocket even though I didn't need to. she has a HORRENDOUS attitude and it's probably because she's old but jeezus that lady always has an ugly face and her rude attitude charging people.

It’s too expensive always and the CVS app doesn’t really help save money everything is overpriced. They never had what was I looking for found it somewhere else better than CVS

literally no thanks i will never step foot at this location ever again honestly the manager was always so grumpy and rude as ever and would treat employees so badly like he would always be pissed at something like for example he was scanning a product through the scanner snd it didn’t come out in the cvs system and he threw the product so aggressively until it was damaged basically. He was so scary this place is so negative i wouldn’t recommend it and bad work experience i had will never come back and i came from the seal program from the workforce will never work with cvs and workforce solutions ever again this is place is very unprofessional, I never finished my work because I was always picked on it was so ridiculous !
