Thief's !!!! Went to buy a iPhone charger and they just gave me a charging box. Went back to change it for the actual iPhone cord and they had me waiting like 30 minutes to do the exchange. The person that did the exchange was on his phone the whole time playing games. When they finally did the exchange, they charged me the cord as the box. The box was 24.99 and the cord was 19.99. They didn’t give me the difference of the money back. They’re whole bunch of thieves there. I wonder to how many people they do the same and just keep the money. If I could I would give the 0 Stars.

Employees are nice but some are not. I went because my phone was not working and as soon as I told them that they said that my phone was not compatible, they wouldn't check my phone and kept repeating that it wasn't compatible. They didn't even check the website. I checked it when I got back home and it was compatible. Turns out it was just picking up 2 towers, att and cricket. Deleted att from access point from the sim card and left the cricket one. Removed sim and put it back and it worked great after that. Hope they teach employees this in case of another situation like this.

Went to upgrade a phone. Just wanted to buy the phone and pay for upgrade and activation. Employee wanted me to buy a screen protector and extra charger. She would not sell me the phone unless I agreed to buy the extra products. She said it was part of a package and that was the way the store sold the phones. Felt like a scam to me. Decided buy online instead. Online I didn't have to buy the extras and no activation fee.

Elizabeth was by herself .Customers started coming in and she helped everyone very well not making anybody wait long..She was always attentive took the time to offer deals with a good attitude even under pressure..Super awesome customer service.!!!
