If I could give 0 stars I would.
Update 9/10/2024 it's been 2 weeks and I still can't get my washer fixed. Took a week for the tech to come just to look at the washer. Now it needs a new part and it's been another week and the Assurant warranty still hasn't approved the part to fix the washer. They haven't even addressed the issue. Meanwhile I'm stuck with no washer and dirty clothes at home. Have to spend money at a Laundromat. This is beyond absurd and ridiculous.
CONNs never again!!!!
Their customer service is terrible and abysmal. Nobody here can help you with insurance claims or repairs for your appliance. If you have a warranty claim you have to call a call center and those people are incompetent and can barely speak English. Go somewhere else I'm never gonna buy from these people ever again.

Bruce was outstanding! The first time I went to Cons about 2 1/2 years ago I didn’t have such a Pleasant experience. This time I will definitely be doing business with Cons in the future again because of Bruce and Sam. If you go to Cons, be sure to ask for Bruce he will answer all of your questions and address all your needs. He recommended me some products and over all the details. He definitely has a lot of patience.

Worst company to deal with, a bunch of rat's that just lie and steal from disabled people and they don't even care 1%, am at 2 months with a broken refrigerator, over $300.00 spoiled food. They create problem tickets and escalated and escalated and escalated and they do nothing to even humble them self's and help a Disabled patient. HORRIFIC COMPANY AND HORRIFIC PEOPLE ? ?
