Employees at this location are rude and entitled. Their wait times are always long compared to the other location on International Blvd. Whoever manages this location, please pay close attention how your employees treat customers. Some girl named Chely, I believe should not be assisting customers. Look how many negative reviews this location has.

I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Brenda Vallejo, a bank representative. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine commitment to assisting customers stood out during my recent visit. Brenda went the extra mile to address my inquiries and ensure that I had a clear understanding of the services offered. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency made the entire process a positive one. It’s amazing when they call people by their last names as well. I commend Brenda Vallejo for her outstanding customer service and am grateful for the positive experience she provided at the bank.

Very few ATMs in town, customer service is hard to reach during late hours, unlike other banks. This back is a shell of what it was. Oh and an app with convoluted IU and menus. Just a mess. Do not recommend it.

Horrible customer service. I had a phone meeting scheduled for 10 am yesterday from Ricardo Martinez and the email stated they would call me.. guess what, I was never called.. I tried calling their number listed on Google over 20 times, but rings and goes to voicemail. Makes you think the people there actually don't do a damn thing to help.. absolutely trash service , will be moving to a different bank soon.

Hello everyone at laredo I would like to alert to you guys know about money missing whenever you guys going to deposit cash don’t go by drive thrue make sure you go inside and take a look when you let them count your cash my husband went drive true deposit $6000 after that they said cash missing $60 and manager or supervisor said Can’t review Cameras.what a camera access for ???? Location at 10720 international BLVD,Laredo,Tx78045 my husband went around 12pm at business land and the guy helped him I never since him before .

Always helpful people at Chase. This location has very friendly but through employees. I always feel that my money is secure here.

At least 3 to 4 times a month their ATM are out of service but they charge montly fee always on time, I wish they could fix their ATM service just as they are good at charge to manage your money at their branch, only two branches in Laredo and not even one ATM working WHAT A SHAME! ?? 9/3/23

Opened an account here thinking like it was going to be a nice bank, WRONG!!! Im a truck driver and my employer paid me by check and wanted to save a trip heading to the bank by making a mobile deposit. Waited 2 business day and they said it was on hold till my employer verified the check. Waste of time and the fraud department is ridiculous.

Avoid this bank, and not exactly this location but avoid Chase Bank at all. I had a checking account to which I would deposit my weekly payroll checks and NO MATTER THE AMOUNT of the check, NO MATTER from where, they put a hold on all checks at all times. Sometimes it’s an 11 days hold out of no reason. I usually was like “oh ok 2 day hold no matter”, but then boom! Holds out of nowhere, not even if I wasn’t even overdraft. Another BIG issue is customer service. Calling to ask why this holds and it was a 40+minutes hold just to say they couldn’t do anything and hold would me removed the next day. They give me a “direct” phone number to call in case the check wasn’t released and the 1-800 number THEY GAVE ME WAS FROM Humana Healthcare… like SERIOUSLY!!!??? This is a joke of a bank. Then after 2 hours hold they verified from employer about the check and got my check released. (Still showing pending after a week) employers at the locations don’t help either they sent you straight to customer service. HIGHLY DECEPTION, I was honestly expecting more from them.

First of all, I spent all afternoon calling the bank directly to make an appointment because I had multiple questions about my savings account and wanted to make sure I made an appointment with the right banker. They never picked up the phone. So I use the app to make an appointment and not only did the banker show up late to our appointment, she didn't read the notes I left, so she right away said she couldn't help with everything I needed but only one thing. Literally, wasted my moments of my life at the bank and got nothing accomplished. You're one job is customer service. Do it right.

Overall, extremely bad customer service from the greeters. Disappointed with this bank location. I step in and see four employees sitting at their desk without clients and neither can help. The only good, professional banker there is Armando Ortiz!

I just moved back home to Laredo. And one of the first things I did is cash my check at this location. I was greeted with professionalism and also a warm welcome. The greeter was genuinely happy for us (customers) to be there. And my tell her who answered all my questions even the ones I should know still answered them with professionalism and didn’t belittle me at all. Great service. Recommend this location for the warm welcome and the professionalism. Thanks guys

Pathetic bank, won't allow you to deposit cash manually without a Texas I.D. I presented a federal I.D. that has more security features, yet they were reluctant to accept it, even though I explained to them why I did not have a Texas I.D. and how DPS had not provided me with appt. yet to replace it. Their only option for me was to download & use Apple/ Google pay to do cardless ATM transactions, which to me is just plain d**** how can they accept cardless transactions without an I.D. and encourage it, but won't accept physical transactions with a federally issued one....that makes no sense.
