Luv the different styles on the Quince dresses lady was very nice n gave us great info have packages to match the dress u pick fr the sign in book to the pillow necklace earrings u name it they will match your beautiful dress

Disappointing, I would never go back to that place, I had a decorated Bible made, obviously in advance because I needed it for a specific date, and when I arrived to pick it up they didn't have it, they forgot my order and didn't even tell me, they told me to come back in an hour and they gave it to me with fresh glue and they had to admit that they hadn't done it. And at that same moment there was another person who was in the same situation as me, they couldn't find their suit, so it makes me think that this happens frequently. So consider ordering things long before you need them because they don't meet the deadlines.

I don't usually give reviews and even less so when I wasn't satisfied, but I think it's something very IMPORTANT when it's a XV or wedding, my daughter's dress was delivered late than the agreed date and dirty on the back (tail), apart from that I never The calls came back, I had to go in person, the dresses I create are quite expensive, that's why I do it.

The employees were all kind, but the daughter of the owner was rude, I went to pick up a dress and they gave it to me all dirty with a coffee stain and she just put BLEACH on it and the stain became worst, unfortunately I have't time to get another dress, I least I should have got an apology but this Lady (owner's daugther) wasn't educated that way... She just asked you want it or not .. worst customer service EVER even in the mall clothes stores treat ppl better than that! ?
