Basically legally stealing people's cars when you can't pay the impound fee you leave them and they sell them. And they want to charge you to open the gate to do a u-turn and drive out.

Great local family owned business. They towed my broken truck. Driver arrived in a timely manner. Polite and professional. Also assisted one of my elderly couple. they got the same service. Very rude women in this office. Girl over the phone was lost and overwhelmed. They also stole air pods and other valuables from my boyfriends vehicle. When I reported it they said that it was impossible for someone to steal! Very unprofessional and horrible location... bad directions given!

Car was overheating and needed it towed. Cabello’s helped tremendously with their towing services. The lady I spoke to on the phone was clear, and helpful in letting me know how I would be helped. They were able to send a tow truck to my location and drop off the car to my residence in less than 15 minutes. The price was more than fair! Amazing customer service! If I ever have major car problems again, I’m more than positive I will be calling Cabello’s.
