First time at Boost Mobile. I was greeted promptly as soon as I walked in by Robert. Friendly and very knowledgeable about the different phones and their spec. Robert is an excellent example of Great Customer Service.

Don't upgrade or buy a phone 2 a Celero, the service on that phone sucked. I bought a Celero yesterday & we took it back today, that how bad the phone was. The messenger wasn't working good, the internet was slow & it's non refundable ????.

Asked rep if she can take my payment, take off some add ons and restart my plan. Only took my payment and told me everything was done. Had faith in the rep that she did the task right. Nope. Ended up losing my job because she couldn’t do her job right. Never coming back here. That was a simple 3 things that I was asking her to do
