“Last year our Pathfinder overheated because they failed to replace the coolant when they suggested a Coolant Service during an oil change.
Now 24 hrs after an oil change ALL the oil is leaking out.
Nissan Consumer Affairs is no help. They will only connect me with the dealership but do not guarantee that anyone will answer and won't guarantee that I will be reimbursed if I take the car to another mechanic to fix what they did!

Alex Mejia, the Asst Svc Mgr stepped up and handled the whole situation. I'm still not satisfied with the company as a whole, but he did step up.

“I paid a shop to rotate my tires in Corpus Christi and they were unable to reset my TPMS. I am a full time traveler and passed through Laredo today. I stopped at Sames Chevrolet to see if they could reset it. Not only did Javier Martinez reset it but he djusted the tire pressure as well since they were not correct pressures. He did all of this himself and it was complimentary. If this is standard treatment of customers this is a great dealership to patronize. Thanks Javier!”
