Very friendly place. The classes are intense and they get your heart pumping. I really enjoyed the strong class. I would recommend this for people that have a bit of workout experience and are looking to challenge themselves!

Gerardo likes likes Sports Performance ProgramWe took him there so he could try something different. He used to play soccer but he would go because we would take him not because he liked it.Right now we've seen a change in him in a good way. Comes Monday he is happy to go to class without us telling him he has to go, then he asks why he has to wait until Thursday ?. He likes coach Eric "Mom coach Eric is cool and he has cool music".This week he came from school telling us that he was able to run faster and do some exercises in PE class faster than he used to.Ohhh and he liked that the girls from front desk asked him how he wanted to be called. "Gerardo or Jerry".We like that Coach Eric gives advice to the kids on eating good things, doing good in school and at home ❤️.Thank you for the program

Coaches are very knowledgeable. They can identify weaknesses, and they will teach you how to fix those to make pain go away. Everyone there is very kind and makes you feel like you are always welcome. Only place I’ve ever been where everyone knew my name and greeted me with it within the first couple days. Definitely recommend.

I have actually enjoyed every class that i've attended! the coaches are awesome; I must say Dan Silva is an outstanding coach as he not only coaches well but teaches class throughly! the front desk ladies are always very kind! overall a great experience at bodify! 10/10

Bodify is awesome! I’ve been coming here for a few months now and truly enjoy every session. The front staff is friendly and all the coaches deliver fantastic training. The facility is very clean and they follow all COVID safety protocols. I definitely recommend joining!

Words can’t even begin to explain how great your gym is! As I relocated to Texas from Wisconsin, I was so nervous to find a gym that I really loved. Now that we have moved back home, it’s hard to find a gym that even compares to you all. Your attention to your members is spectacular and your trainers are top notch! Not to mention, the variety in your classes kept me wanting to come back! I will miss your gym so much! if you’re a Laredo transplant, make sure to check this place out.

Excellent environment and staff!! I love how they always take care of every member and keep implementing social distancing even though our state is already open. Also, their schedule system is incredibly amazing. I used to like other places but at this precise moment, safety matters, and BODIFY CARES. PS: Coach Mel ROCKS!

Great coaches and friendly staff that always make you feel welcome. They always make sure facility is clean and equipment is sanitize for the safety of the members. Also I love how coaches/trainers take interest in you no matter if you are an expert or beginner in fitness. Glad to be part of the Bodify family.
