Antelmo Montes and his team all need to go back to the drawing board and get re-trained… Please bypass this branch!! It’s not worth your time or your money.. Horrible customer service. The absolute worst. Such a shame because it has great bones.

worst bank ever. i feel sorry for its employees.i closed my accounts and emptied the money and they have the nerve to threaten charhes for inactive accounts!what a pos corporatist garbage!now i have to go AGAIN to close the accounts or they will charge me!sending complaint to texas AG
