Really poor customer service, they have lines going all the way to door, people walk out due to long waits in line. Teller complaining to the customer about the other customers very unprofessional. Just sad of the service.

Yall need to start answer y'all's phone ..for the people that are handicapped and can't go to the bank personally .......30 mile drive just for a couple questions y'all could answerd if u picked up

The bank does not offer a Drive thru service. Always have a long line in the lobby.

Every time I come to the lobby, there is a very long line to do a deposit. Today, as with other times, only two tellers and same amount of personal bankers. This has been going on for a very long time. I can hear the comments of other frustrated customers like me. I really suggest you look into having your account at another bank.

Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever have to deal with. What kind of bank closes at 4 PM? And are closed both Saturday and Sunday? The ATM in front of your store doesn’t work. The ATMs on the side do not accept deposits. As a business owner, this is the worst bank one can do business with. If you’re going to close early and change your hours, how about you update your information online.

Terrible customer service. The drive thru is closed. I understand they may be short on employees. So you go inside, and the lines are incredibly long. If you are not a business customer, they leave you for last. There were two tellers and both seemed to service only the business transactions. The regular customer is left to wait. At least they could make it one teller for each. Time to go local.

Second time I get in my car, drive to the bank and find that the drive thru is closed. Without any indication on the location website and the parking lot full of cars. Very slow moving service inside because you barely see people walking out, it's mostly people walking in. Definitely going to open account with another bank. BofA not the only game in town. You should do the same.Don't answer me with the same message you send everyone. Sound really sincere and personal...

Well tried to speak to someone for 30 minutes. Like there goal is not to answer the phones so you have to go and visit. Don't recommend!

I have been to plenty of Bank of America locations but the staff at this particular location if far more polite and helpful than any other place by a long shot I highly recommend this location.

This Bank of America branch in Laredo, Texas is pretty nice with helpful employees who go out there way for customers and even the managers are excellent, most days during the week be very busy so if you come to this location on a busy day you definitely got to have patience.
