Great customer service! Frankie went beyond that! He helped me with a code in my VW Passat. Assisted in cleaning my problem. It was cold and asked me to go inside while my part was ready. Very pleasant and very professional. Very knowledgeable about my car and my code issue. I want to commend him for his hard work in resolving my issue! Thanks Frankie!!!! Give him a RAISE !!!!! He not only helped me but simultaneously assisted another customer at the same time!

Excellent service at AutoZone!
I had an issue with my car’s headlight harness and decided to visit AutoZone. Mr. Franklin was very kind and attentive. He quickly identified the correct part and even helped me install it, which I truly appreciated since I didn’t know how to do it myself. The whole experience was quick and hassle-free thanks to his help. Definitely a top-notch service!

I want to thank frank silva and Adam Garza for they help on 9/23!! My battery on my jeep went bad and left me stranded!! They checked my battery and it was bad and without hesitation they check for the warranty and exchanged it!! Went back the following day to purchase the alternator from that store (03505)
