I looked it up on Google and found a location off McPherson and Amistad, close to my house. I got an estimate from my insurance and took it to A-1. They accepted my car. They told me that it would have to be taken apart and then it would not be ready until Nov. 24. My insurance approved the additional estimate. My suv was ready before the given date. And Ray check the battery and replaced it without any excuses even when the store was closing. Not once he mentioned the store was closing and to come back tomorrow. He stayed the extra time pass store hours and made sure my wife's car was good to go. He was extremely professional and courteous. Thank you Ray.”

“Excellent customer service. All I needed was for the clerk to check the antifreeze level. So he said yes I can do that He did and it was good. Then he filled the windshield wiper tank cause it was low.
Before I went to O’Reilly I had gone to Autozone but the young man was rude never put his phone down and told me he could not help me cause its hot and it would blow up in his face. So i told him no all i need is for you to check the level. So i just walked out. I called the manager there and told him to send his clerks over to OReilly so they can get trained there”

“Went to Advance Auto Parts yesterday Tuesday 8/27/24 in the evening to get my battery tested for my Nissan Maxima. It was drizzling a bit outside but a very nice gentleman helped me test my battery and turned out to be a bad battery. I received fantastic help from this gentleman. I regret not getting a name but I never forget a face he tested my battery and then was very helpful in determining which battery would fit my car, I asked him if he could replace it for me and he did. Luckily rain stopped, but to top things off my battery had very bad corrosion so he struggled a little with the battery terminals but he got the job done. He also went above and beyond by changing one of my battery terminals, and of course the installation was perfect. Overall, his customer service was outstanding. He was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back if I need anything for my car! Thankyou for the excellent customer service I was very happy with the service I received.”
“Thank you so much Napa Auto Parts! An air hose in our jeep Cherokee broke on our way to Mexico ( from Chicago, IL) making the suspension too low to keep driving. We couldn't find any help at any auto shop around here without a previous appt, even at the local jeep dealer. We came to this Napa location ( Calton and San Francisco in Laredo) and they lent us the tools, sold us the parts and showed us how to fix it! Saving us close to $400 from what was quoted at the Jeep dealer. Gracias!”
