My husband paid for premium delivery. We were just waiting for a call to schedule the delivery, but we never got a phone call. We called the store and apparently our order wasn’t showing as premium delivery. I have the invoice where it clearly shows we paid $150 more for premium delivery. Clearly this is a mistake on their end. Now, we won’t be getting our couch till next week probably because apparently they can’t fix it till Monday. It’s Thursday morning, I don’t know why they can’t fix the issue tomorrow on Friday. We were planning on having our couch by Saturday, but clearly not anymore.

Very friendly and attentive staff! Christina helped my husband and I find the right couch for our home, offering and suggesting different configurations to have just the right fit for us. The entire process was very fast, easy, and definitely made purchasing the furniture for our home an enjoyable experience. Will be coming back for sure!

The entire process was super smooth when purchasing furniture and she made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference. Jacob was fantastic. We came in looking to see a sectional listed online. Although we couldn't see that one today, he found an example with the color, another with the shape, and another with the feel of the sofa. No pressure, just really knowledgeable. Great experience.
