so in sep 2019 i brought a sectional sofa and they added the protection package which i didnt want in first place but oh well, so they told me it was one year then additional 4 years with the warrenty company and now 4 years and 2months later they stated its only for 4 years. horrible customer service from ashley here in laredo. 10x rather go online with other companies than buy from you all again!

Terrible! Walked in the store and employees don’t even bother to greet you. Literally was there for 10 mins and no one ever got up to see if i needed assistance.

I Love all Ashley Furniture Stores, but the one in Laredo Texas is my favorite. The store is beautifully decorated and the entire staff is very accommodating and kind, especially Nitza our sales expert. The furniture is of high quality and the prices are very affordable. Whenever I’m in town I am thrilled to go by and see what’s my next purchase. Go Ashley’s!

Daniel greeted us upon entering the store. He was very helpful (and positively persuasive - we did not plan on spending today, but we made worthy purchases for our home).
