I ordered a pair of boots just recently talked to da guy directly from da store Alfa in San Antonio it was on a Monday I told him I needed them by Friday he said yeah it takes 3 days so for sure yes. Friday comes I end talking to customer service it was all that they had to get a stretch cause I ordered them double EE my problem and question why not tell da customer it’ll take more time for delivery but no…they rather sell da product and have da customer unhappy never order from here anymore just to unsatisfied…

Ordered a 12 and a half wide and they sent me a 12 regular. Needless to say the boots were too small. In order to exchange the boots for the right size, I'll have to pay for the shipping both ways. SMH! It's not my fault that they sent the wrong size so I shouldn't be responsible for the return shipping. I figured they were the wrong size before I even tried them on because the size was scratched off in both of the boots. SMH!

If you want delivery from this place they suck. They don't pay for your return and the size run bigg. I had to send back a part of boots and I had to pay 36$ I don't think that's right for any customers to pay. Also the quality of the boots how they painted it's not great.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. I bought a pair of boots, size 11. I am a size 11. I rec'd the boots and I can't even get my foot into the boot. I asked for a refund as they only have select sizes and they refused and they want me to pay shipping both ways.
The box the boots came in was dusty and beat up. The boots scratched.
Go local and buy. Do not order from this company.

I wouldn’t recommend this company nor would I ever purchase again. I purchased a pair of hair on hide a they run larger then the true to size. Called the Larado location spoke with Manager AAron said I’m responsible for the shipping cost to return & exchange them plus the restocking fee. NEVER AGAIN would I purchase for this low budget company. The manager wouldn’t even compromise

These boots are poor quality. They’re cheaply made with soles that will make you slip very quickly. Now I see why they don’t do refunds because they wouldn’t make any money on the the unsatisfied customers returning them.

They do not care about the customer’s, the companies customer service are horrible. It was almost impossible to reach someone that can help you out with an order issue!!!!! I’d would definitely give them a zero rate if that was an option. Not even an apology from the company!!!

Ordered a pair of 10.5 ostrich boots for my son in law. They were huge on him so I sent them back for 28.00 shipping. They sent a smaller size paid for shipping 21.48 and he couldnt get his foot in the boot. Sent them back paid for shipping again. Got the 3rd pair and paid 21.48 shipping and theyre way too big. I have spent more on shipping than it cost to make the boots!!! I still have the boots that wont fit and they wont refund me!

Ordered a pair of boots they arrived, size is wrong and not a true 9D. Had another order that was placed for another 2 pair. Have emailed the email about getting a refund before the order is shipped, shows processing on their website but the person that emailed me Alma, states they haven’t received payment. But confirmation from PayPal says that merchant has received money. Had to file a dispute with PayPal for a refund. Worst customer service ever!

I have worn these boots on maybe 4 occasions in 12 months. The boot is literally ripping on the side. I sent pictures and the company said they have been worn too much judging by the sole of the boot. I will never ever recommend this company. Marco Boots quality sucks!

I ordered a pair for my son for Christmas and needed a size bigger so sent them back and within 3 days of them receiving them I got a response and Claudia was very helpful in telling me on which ones were his size and gave me options!! Now I will wait to receive them back and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family
