Half of my house is with them. They work with you in times of need. May 3, 2022They remodeled and looks fantastic. I did have an issue with them today but hopefully it will get fixed.

I got a laptop because I needed it for school. Sadly I had to return it due to losing my job. After I returned it I was told everything should be good to go. Cut to 2 weeks later I was charged the bi weekly charge for having possession of the laptop. I called and was told to wait in line then the Rep. Hung up. Called again and then my issue was "fixed". Cut to 2 weeks later the same charge was done. I contacted them again and finally it was "fixed". However, I didn't want to risk it so I just changed banks and got a new card. Honestly, never again and I haven't been the only one with this issue. So honestly just go to a different place to get something in payments. Just go to like RAC or idk Conn's?

Always waiting for Tina!Almost two months and i havent gotten one single call to see if my issue was resolved... not everyone has the time to go in and fix the mess this "new" management is doing.Store manager and associates needs to step up and come up with a plan to provide better customer service.Im really disappointed Aarons!!
