We have had our child in this school for almost a full year. His growth, in all aspects, has been tremendous and we love all his teachers. The office staff is excellent and go above and beyond to make each family feel welcomed and appreciated. The facility is always clean and the chef is superb! Looking forward to many more years here.

My kids have been going here for over 4 years. The staff and teachers are awesome. They are so loving and caring. We love the curriculum. Our kids have learned so much attending primrose vs in home care. Could not recommend this school more!

The primrose staff & administration have always been so loving and attentive to our children that have attended over the last 5 years. Our kids have learned so much and began school with so many skills learned at Primrose that put them ahead of their class!

Wonderful owners who are involved and deeply care about their staff and the families they serve. When I enter the school, I hear the laughter and joy coming from the classrooms. This is an amazing school!

Treats their teachers (employees) bad. Taking their sick pay away, pto and expecting to show up to events for free. Low wages for amount of work that the teachers do. Good location and school just wish the teachers were treated well.

Our child attends primrose and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the staff and teachers is exceptional. They know all the kids and parents by name and it really feels like a family there. I feel safe knowing my child is in good hands!

Ridiculous speed bumps that damage small cars even if you go over them very very slowly. Not everybody drives a truck or Jeep.Reply to owner response: if you can't figure out how to slow down vehicles without damaging small cars that are low to the ground and you are concerned about safety, then I recommend that you just shut that whole road/area down so that no vehicles can pass, which will both protect kids and prevent damage to small cars. I hope this helps! I will be happy to update this review when I notice that the problem is fixed.

We love Primrose Lantana! The owners, Erin & Frank have created and cultivated a wonderful environment. We are so thankful for all the teachers and staff and the impact they have had on our son.

I am shocked to see the bad reviews below, as our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. My oldest son has been in two different classes with wonderful teachers in each one. We've had Hollie, Brittany, Jadyellis, Mia, Jazzmin, and Veronica. They have all been so wonderful and really care about our child! My son even tells me at home how much he loves them. The front office staff is also so friendly. Every day you're greeted with a smile. Maybe things were different in the past, but we have been here about a year now and have had the best experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Primrose is very deceptive and cunning. We visited and toured for a spot in the toddler room in January. We were told a new toddler room would be created in February and will have a spot for our child if we pay a $25 fee towards registration. We immediately did that because we liked the curriculum and atmosphere or so we thought. We were told to call in February and we did multiple times. Katie, our point of contact, kept giving us excuses and saying the spot is not yet available. The last straw was when we called in early March and she asked that we keep waiting until end of March or possibly early April. It was obvious that the information given to us during our tour was either not true or they just didn't want our child at the school. Either way, we moved on to enroll at another school. But when we asked for our refund since no longer enrolling, Katie said the money was nonrefundable which she didn't mention in our initial conversation. We are very upset at their cunning ways of operation and regard this act as a bait and switch. We were given false hope and taken advantage of. I plan to report this situation to the BBB as well. This is not the first time we waitlisted at a daycare facility but this was the first time we were told to secure our spot with money.

It seemed they were picking and choosing who was accepted into the new class. Either way, we were frustrated and moved on to enroll at another school. After attending two other daycares in the area, my wife and I were looking for something new for our youngest daughter. We went to tour several different daycares. We ended up choosing Primrose of Lantana. The decision we made did not disappoint. Over the past two years my daughter has excelled in learning and is now beyond ready for kindergarten. My family has grown to love the owners and staff at Primrose of Lantana. Their commitment to do everything with excellence is unparalleled. In a world full of mediocrity, Primrose of Lantana is far and above one of the best daycares in North Texas!

the teachers favor certain kids and give them special treatment. not all kids are treated the same, those same teachers also talk bad about other teachers.

We love Primrose! The teachers and staff are amazing! Our daughter loves going to Primrose and we love sending her there. Great resources for things outside of the classroom, and a very thoughtful curriculum for all ages.

Great school with wonderful staff. My son has thrived here and loves going to school every day. They are great with communication and keeping parents informed of projects throughout the day. This is our third Primrose because we move often and by far it is the best!
