Honestly, Primrose has been such a blessing for our family. When we first started searching for a day school for our kids, we looked at multiple places and just could never find one with that "right" feeling. Then we found Primrose in Lantana and every single member of that staff truly seems to care about and love our children as much as we do. Would not even consider anywhere else.

Loved this school, all the teachers were very dedicated and seemed happy to be there. My son was learning new things every day and loved going to school. 10/10

Primrose School of Lantana is a wonderful school to be at. I worked there briefly and my experience has been the best . From the leadership team to teachers , you can see the love everyone has for the children and the school. Mr. Frank and Mrs. Erin make it their mission to ensure that their teachers are taken care of so consequently that love trickles down to the children. The best school I’ve worked at. Really grateful and thankful for the experience.

Directors of the school are racist and comment on the teachers character in a non professional matter. Take your kids somewhere, where the teachers are respected by the higher ups. It’s truly disgusting

We have had our child in this school for almost a full year. His growth, in all aspects, has been tremendous and we love all his teachers. The office staff is excellent and go above and beyond to make each family feel welcomed and appreciated. The facility is always clean and the chef is superb! Looking forward to many more years here.

My kids have been going here for over 4 years. The staff and teachers are awesome. They are so loving and caring. We love the curriculum. Our kids have learned so much attending primrose vs in home care. Could not recommend this school more!

The primrose staff & administration have always been so loving and attentive to our children that have attended over the last 5 years. Our kids have learned so much and began school with so many skills learned at Primrose that put them ahead of their class!

Wonderful owners who are involved and deeply care about their staff and the families they serve. When I enter the school, I hear the laughter and joy coming from the classrooms. This is an amazing school!

Treats their teachers (employees) bad. Taking their sick pay away, pto and expecting to show up to events for free. Low wages for amount of work that the teachers do. Good location and school just wish the teachers were treated well.

Our child attends primrose and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the staff and teachers is exceptional. They know all the kids and parents by name and it really feels like a family there. I feel safe knowing my child is in good hands!

Ridiculous speed bumps that damage small cars even if you go over them very very slowly. Not everybody drives a truck or Jeep.Reply to owner response: if you can't figure out how to slow down vehicles without damaging small cars that are low to the ground and you are concerned about safety, then I recommend that you just shut that whole road/area down so that no vehicles can pass, which will both protect kids and prevent damage to small cars. I hope this helps! I will be happy to update this review when I notice that the problem is fixed.

I am shocked to see the bad reviews below, as our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. My oldest son has been in two different classes with wonderful teachers in each one. We've had Hollie, Brittany, Jadyellis, Mia, Jazzmin, and Veronica. They have all been so wonderful and really care about our child! My son even tells me at home how much he loves them. The front office staff is also so friendly. Every day you're greeted with a smile. Maybe things were different in the past, but we have been here about a year now and have had the best experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Primrose is very deceptive and cunning. We visited and toured for a spot in the toddler room in January. We were told a new toddler room would be created in February and will have a spot for our child if we pay a $25 fee towards registration. We immediately did that because we liked the curriculum and atmosphere or so we thought. We were told to call in February and we did multiple times. Katie, our point of contact, kept giving us excuses and saying the spot is not yet available. The last straw was when we called in early March and she asked that we keep waiting until end of March or possibly early April. It was obvious that the information given to us during our tour was either not true or they just didn't want our child at the school. Either way, we moved on to enroll at another school. But when we asked for our refund since no longer enrolling, Katie said the money was nonrefundable which she didn't mention in our initial conversation. We are very upset at their cunning ways of operation and regard this act as a bait and switch. We were given false hope and taken advantage of. I plan to report this situation to the BBB as well. This is not the first time we waitlisted at a daycare facility but this was the first time we were told to secure our spot with money.
