No point making appointments if they allow walk ins to go first at the minute clinic. Waste of time

The CVS’s automated phone system is one of most painful system that I have come across. It very apparent that the system is designed with internal company focus rather than customer focus. It takes 4minutes to leave Voicemail to pharmacy team - mind you 4min to leave voicemail and not talk to pharmacist. In those 4 minute, one has to answer to bunch vaccine and other irrelevant questions and if one makes a mistake the system hangs up asking you to try again later - so you call again and go through the same irrelevant questionnaire for 4min. Not to mention, how the system reads back the callback number - two digits at time e.g. 94-05-84-xx-xx. In US, the phone numbers are read back as 3digit-3digit-4digit e.g 904-584-xxxx

The voice response system needs serious work. Because of a misfiled prescription we spent some 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone. Never did it give a valid response.

I visited CVS to make a deposit. A helpful kid employee, who seemed new, attempted to assist but had to consult his manager for guidance. The manager approached us with an unfriendly demeanor and proceeded to count our money. Subsequently, he abruptly informed us that deposits couldn't be made at that time, despite having already counted the money. Throughout the interaction, the manager was consistently unfriendly and the overall experience was negative. My mother also had a similar experience during self-checkout last week, where the manager responded rudely to her request for assistance. Considering these experiences, I believe CVS should consider dismissing the manager in question. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was an old Caucasian man with a mustache, who worked the night shift.

I don’t have any complaints about CVS we have been using them for 5 years and we’re happy with them.

Went here to pick up my prescription which had just recently been called in. They couldn’t find it. Called doctor to confirm they have sent it. Waited around for 30 minutes and right at 1:30 they said they just received it but they were closing for lunch and I’d have to come back. Closed the blinds on me. Obviously there was a problem with their system but they were beyond rude.

To this day, I believed that any medication that had expired five months ago was required to be taken off shelves by law. But I had a strange experience the other day. Tuesday, My husband had to go to the minute clinic at this location. He got his prescribed medication, which is an antiviral drug for Covid-19 Lagevrio (also known as molnupiravir), from the pharmacy and started taking the tablets. Yesterday evening, I glanced at the bottle and was shocked to see that it had an expiration date of August 11th, 2023. I took that bottle and went to the pharmacy. I requested that pharmacist Chris replace it with a bottle with a future expiration date. Instead of being concerned about the expired medication sold by them, he kept insisting that my husband should continue taking it and that Merck Pharmaceutical has given them instructions to sell it and let people know that it is good for another year. I told Chris that I am not comfortable with using expired medication and it is really upsetting. Instead of being courteous, while processing the return of the medication, Chris started banging on the keyboard, and his body language was extremely rude and unprofessional. I won't go back to that location ever again.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Found out today that the prescription we ordered last week isn’t in stock. Instead of being helpful, the pharmacy told me I should call other CVS locations to find it. What’s up with that? When I try calling the CVS locations, I get voicemail. Same when I call the Lantana store. I’ll try to find a pharmacy that actually helps.

I pulled up to the window to pick up my medications and the woman looked right at me and shut the window, and then pulled down the white grid to show they were closed. We had already made eye contact, and I started talking to her, and she completely shut down the window and didn’t say a word to me. So I went inside, and there were five people in line and the lady at the cash register rolled her eyes and said we are closed for lunch. I said that I knew that because, they shut the window on me outside without saying anything. Then this man in a white coat comes walking up and said you all can be helped after lunch. I’m pretty sure that’s not the way you should talk to people especially three of the women who are significantly older than he was. I said you all should look at your reviews and see how terrible they are and the man in the white coat smiled and said, well that’s good to know. How about I’m sorry we’re working on that or thank you for your feedback. But instead he smiled and said that and then gave another little grin as he rolled his eyes and walked away. Is that how you all want to run your pharmacy? Shame on you for hiring these people.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have EVER been to. I was in the car line waiting to pick up a medication and the lady looks at me and shuts the covering to the window. Didn't bother to say anything as to why. So i walk in and they're like sorry we are closed and I said I know that because you shut the window in my face. The this guy with a smirk on his face shows up and says I'm sorry you're upset. I said you should check your reviews online-they are horrible! He then smiled and said, 'Well, it's good to know that. Have a wonderful day" and then gave me a gross smile. I just can't believe they'd shut the window and walk away after we made eye contact. It's so unprofessional.
