I drove it over 1500 miles across country and it was covered in bugs, dirt, road tar, brake dust, bird droppings, fingerprints, etc. Epic brought it back to showroom new. “Kevin was awesome, I called last minute and asked if he could detail my car within a week.. he didn’t have availability but offered to put me on a call list in the case someone canceled or he had availability open up. I initially called on a Thursday I believe, he called me Sunday and offered to do the detail that Monday. I was super happy with the customer service and the detail was top notch. “Got both cars detailed here with The Carnation detail package. Hard to find a full service detail anymore and this fit the bill for full inside/out detail for a reasonable price. Shout out to Jorge, the manager, for his great customer service in replacing a rubber floor mat that was misplaced. Make sure to check your floor mats after detail services as this was not noticed with the paper mat when I got the car back. Jorge made sure I got the car back as it was and replaced it with no questions asked. Great customer service, gaining a new customer. Thanks!”

“This place is great card reader works gives a great 12 mins and only charges me $3 I can wash my whole car and clean all the windows and the vacuums are great. I haven’t had any issues at and all 100% recommend over any drive through car wash this is much better.”

“A good 5 starts well deserved! It's unfortunate to see previous reviews but I can start by saying that this place has new owners and the girls at the front desk are the sweetest southern women in Texas! (Judy, Robin and Betty) We stayed for 4 months and we're on the waiting list for about a month. But we knew this was the location we wanted to stay at so we waited. This place is safe, the neighbors were very welcoming and we had no issues during our stay. In fact we had a family emergency and trusted the people here so much that we gave the front desk keys to our place just in case there was an emergency when we were gone. The front desk gals are amazing like stated above, the maintenance guys are fast and attentive (also will be the first people to greet you) and Chris takes so much pride in maintaining the parks garden. We had a premium spot (43 foot trailer and 2 vehicles, with two dogs) we didn't have grass on our spot but that was ok! There is 2 VERY large areas to walk your dogs in. & If we wanted to move to a different spot we could have but we really enjoyed our neighbors so we didn't move. There is grass all around the park in addition to the large area and lots of poo stations set up conveniently around. Also really appreciated the propane refill on sight. Not to many places open on the weekend for a refill... That being said, we highly recommend this park! Everyone was very respectable and enjoyable.”

Well maintained, everything works every time i come to wash my car (which tends to be weekly) and the owner is constantly on site keeping things maintained. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, functioning wash.”
