POOR COMMUNICATION, CONSTANT STAFF TURNOVER, POOR SERVICE!!! BANK ELSEWHERE. You would think the staff including the back manager and their corporate office would treat you better after the lose of my father. Trying to close out my fathers checking account WITH beneficiaries on it, has been extremely frustrating. I have no clue what could have been done better because they don't communicate. It appears I have to get an attorney to force them to release money.

The branch manager has horrific communication and customer service skills. A customer of 20 years, and in excellent standing, I was treated as though I was a criminal. Several calls, emails and two personal appearances netted the same results. Regions lost a corporate account and gave voice to a VERY disappointed former customer.

This is bank has few rude black tellers (female) I was up to hey few documents notarized and this teller I won't put her name on here she had a bad attitude and told me she didn't see me sign the paper and she refused to fax in the documents for me and I had to walk across the street to the library.... won't be returning to this branch .... white folks are more friendly in other cites
