This pharmacy is barely open. And when it is open expect a long wait. And please don't let it be close to their midday lunch then you may as well come back tomorrow. If they are only open 9-5 and closed on Sundays, and I believe on Tuesdays. how are working individuals supposed to pick ion our prescriptions? It's obvious we need the medicine if the doctor called it in. So why not go ahead and prepare it? Just so frustrated with this pharmacy.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy to get the COVID vaccine. Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time as suggested. They waited until my appointment time to give me any paper work to fill out and left me sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes. No acknowledgement and yet to give me my shot.

When you peep your head around the corner to ask the pharmacist a question and her response is "what do you want"? If started to ask her, what time CVS closes but she won't have to worry about me ever again, since she was so bothered!

When you call the pharmacy it will ring and they all do the same. Answer and place you on hold in the queue til someone decides they got tired of placing you on hold. Pretty sure corporate and the head pharmacist do not care cause they are still collecting a check. When you go in person you can seriously watch them pick up the phone, press hold and put the phone back down. As i type this review they just put me back in the cycle 4 times now. Pretty sure i can make it to 10 cycles of being placed on hold before it answers. Oh and do not use the online refill system. It is seriously flawed just like the text messages. You auto request or text refill and then you call 5 days later and wait for ever on hold just to hear them say "what refill sir?"

This Walgreens is not professional. Horrible customer service. The wait time on your medicine is very long, no matter if you send the prescription in the day before. There is always one person working- the window, phone and front counter. While others work in the back area, watching the long line at the counter. Walgreens don't staff according to the sales or needs from the eye view. I called to check on my daughters prescription and to give my insurance card information to see how much it would be so I could transfer money to her account while I was at work -the lady name T who is the tech in the pharmacy- said yea I can enter it if I have time. I'm like what! I waited on the phone for a hour before anyone even picked up. T hangs up in my face after I said that. Mind you no cuss words or anything were even exchanged. I called back waited about 30 mins before anyone picks up again. T ANSWERED AGAIN! I asked for a mgr. She said there is no mgr, ma I have other customer waiting do you want help or not, places me on hold and another tech comes to the phone and helps me. That tech enters my information and gives me the price than they give the phone over to peter to give me the price as well. By that time I was calling there corp office which you can give the complaint and someone will follow up in 2 days with that story or hopefully their phones are being recorded to hear the conversation. Hell I WOULD have forgotten by than. Stay away from Walgreen's especially the one on 1507 W Pleasant Run Rd Lancaster TX 75146! I had to check one star to submit this. But this was horrible. And I hope Walgreens get employees with full names not street names like T.

Transferred all my prescriptions to this location & They were able to get my prescriptions ready the same day which I was starting to think it was impossible these days. One of my meds was even cheaper. I have no issues with this pharmacy. Way better than across the street!!!

Please and I warn you if you are visiting this walgreens for prescription pick up in the drive thru "MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FULL TANK OF GAS." I have been here twice this week and there is 2 or 3 cars ahead of me and you still wait literally 45 mimutes before you get to the window. No need of going inside there 8 people in pharmacy and 1 register open. Waiting is understandable sometimes but all the time and greeted like they don't want to help nor thank you for your patience.
