I bought the new Jordan 5 UNC here. Everything was perfectly fine. I then noticed a couple of days later that the paint started to come off. I decided to go back and see what was the problem. I already knew that they had a 2 week return policy so I tried to do it as fast as possible. I went up to the manager and he looked at the shoe and did the ordinary rep check and told me to buy this cleaner called crep protect. I bought the cleaner and the fading color of the shoe didn’t go away. He told us if this didn’t work then we can come back and figure something out. Because the cleaner didn’t work, I went back. The guy at the desk stuttered a little bit and finally told me that the manager wasn’t here and he didn’t know when he will be back. He told me I can leave my phone number so when the manager comes back he can call me. This was already a week gone by this point so I only had 1 week to figure out something. I didn’t hear anything on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Finally on Wednesday I went back. I hopped out of my car and saw the guy at the desk roll his eyes at me. I opened the door and asked for the manager and the guy told me that the manager had the day off today. I was so mad because I figured out that they were stalling for the 2 week policy. In conclusion these people are absolutely terrible at business and customer service. NEVER BUY HERE!!!

First time visitor, and was not impressed. Mostly because of the lack of friendliness and being followed!! This visit consisted of myself, and my mother and brother. We were looking at the shoe display when I noticed that the young lady was just awkwardly standing behind us watching us, then as we walked away she appeared act "busy" arranging the clothes rack behind us. If you're going to follow people and watch them as they shop, AT THE VERY LEAST ask them if you could be of any assistance! In which we were not asked. I'm not trying to knock anyone's business, but please do better with customer service, it can go a long way. It's hella weird to be followed. I'd rather spend my money at the major businesses.

Some things are overpriced but the clearance is amazing!!! I got a pair of $200 shoes for $50!!!! Definitely going back!

Will never buy shoes here again. The shoes made my feet hurt 2 hours after wearing them. I went back to exchange them and the clerk told me I couldn't because I wore them for 2 hours. I asked to speak to the owner/CEO and was told that there was no way to contact him/her. Bad business all around smhI will gladly go to a different shoe store that appreciates their customers!

my daughter loved her new shoes. It was our first time visiting, and we just loved the variety of shoes from adults, to kids, even had a sale going on, for a local shop I will definitely go back.

I have a size 13 foot and im always struggling to find my size and although they didnt have 3 styles i chose in my size, the gal that helped me found a cool newbalance that i loved. Nice local shop
