HORRIBLE! Went to buy 4 tires and sold me 3 of the same size and 1 different size. Then the manager ARGUED with me about it as if that wasn’t a BAD, DANGEROUS Job that they did! I also paid for a complete oil change and they did NOT top off all of the fluids. DO NOT GO HERE!

State inspection and they failed me for a crack in the taillight that is almost invisible and does not block any of the function. Told me it had to be "waterproof" which is not a requirement anywhere in any state issued inspection criteria or Texas state law. The guy there seemed like he just wasn't in the mood to do the inspection and just wanted me out of there ...

How do you trust this company when the employee are stealing your stuff out the car and then lied about it..
You leave your car and come back stuff is missing and they say the camera don't work.

Horrible service. My car was completely fine when I took it for an oil change. I got a complete oil change with new air and oil filters for $107. When I brought it home and tried to start it again, nothing worked, like the car was basically dead. We took it back, they said it was nothing they could do before barely looking under the hood. Then they laughed the whole time talking to each other as we ordered tow truck service to leave the business. Then they continued to laugh at the tow truck driver once he arrived. Overall, poor quality. Just don’t come here. We will be reporting.

Place is a joke, went in for simple oil change, guy thought my ac didn’t work so he didn’t change my cabin air filter and disconnected something and ac was making a horrible noise had to come back and wait for them to fix.

BEWARE! This location up-charges their services.
I have been to many other Ten Minute Oil Change locations and have always paid the same amount.
I immediately left when the employee stated the prices and went back to my original location in Desoto, Texas (5 minutes down the road) and paid the price I’ve always been charged in the DFW area.
Although the staff was friendly, be mindful of the up charge in pricing.

I was having this weird noise in the bottom of my car and I went here and they helped me it wasnt something that I needed to change but just a less than 5 min thing and after that my car was back to normal I am happy they helped me with this problem because once my car was on and I was near my neighborhood neighbors will know it was me coming? now they dont hear me ? but anyways thank you guys for helping me out I really appreciate the help
