There were only two people working but I still decided to wait. I waited an hour and this lady walks in and gets serviced immediately because “she called yesterday.” I took my business to Hot Nails and Spa and was greeted for one and taken care of immediately because they had an adequate amount of staff members. They did great on my pedicure.

I will never go again. It was my first experience there. My nails are lumpy. My whole left hand nails are longer than my right hand nails. It's so uneven. My thumb is not even the right sized nail. Two of the nails are placed uneven... so much more, it's just bad. I just had to leave I didn't want to be there or even have them fixed it should have been done the correct way in the first place. My time and money were wasted.

Mimi did amazing on my acrylic set with gel clear coat considering the time. Before starting i asked if she would be able to finish within a timeframe but i didn't want to rush her. She said she got me and actually finished sooner.

The place was amazing, great service but the nails weren’t good. French tips went all the way down my nail and the shape wasn’t right. Price was affordable but sadly it wasn’t up to my standard. My nails were left with my cuticles uncut and left my nails irritated.

Verryyy slow had an appointment and still waited about 1.5 hour before i got in the chair for pedi, then waited another 30 mins. before i got nails done and they are too wide

Came in and I have long natural nails, I got dip powder and the lady started to file down the top of my nail extremely hard to where I had to j*** my hand away because I could feel it burning through. Not only did she not listen to me but told me I was wrong about the nail color they had displayed. I showed her that it was how I explained and did not accommodate me by any means. No apology, no let me fix that...and just brushed me off. Beyond the worst service.Service: Dip powder
